Join me for a morning of ‘me-time’, a mini retreat to rebalance, reconnect, to rest and nurture.

This will be morning of reconnecting with nature using grounding techniques.

There will be Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama (breathwork), Yoga Nidra, drum shower, cake & coffee.

Yin Yoga offers a chance to slow down, to immerse and experience Yoga at a deeper level, with softness and stillness. Through the stillness of Yin we find relaxation, stillness, balance of body, breath and mind, harmony, peace, acceptance. Followed by Yoga Nidra, a deeply relaxing, nourishing relaxation and a fabulous way to end this nurturing workshop.

What an amazing weekend we had last weekend at the wonderful Parcevall Hall.

The retreat was run by Caroline Salter and myself, our second venture.  Our focus was to:

  • ground – connecting to the vast, supporting and vibrant earth: moving from doing to being,
  • cleanse – letting go of the old and allowing space for new growth,  
  • energise – using the breath, connecting with the earth and elements, opening and balancing the Chakras,
  • strengthen – uncover our hidden strengths: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Our small group had chance to connect with each other and nature through the wonderful, inspiring surroundings.
