One-to-one Yoga is a personal investment in your physical and mental well-being.
Classes are tailored to individual needs.
Traditionally, Yoga was always taught on a one-to-one basis, handing down practices teacher to student.
One-to-one is especially useful for:
ॐ Specific needs, such as back problems;
ॐ Time to nurture yourself;
ॐ Free of the hinderance of class schedules;
ॐ Those that find group classes intimidating and beginners to Yoga;
ॐ Focus on personal goals.

We then have a follow up chat on the phone or by video link to discuss your requirements, any health concerns and so on.
We agree a time or schedule to suit you. It is possible to have a one-off session or to book a series at a discount. Classes are available on Mondays and Thursdays.
After your 1st session we have a follow-up phone call or video chat to discuss the session, and answer any questions.
The aim is for you to be comfortable with your practice.
